Abdulaziz Kamilov receives Indian official
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that the Indian delegation arrived in Tashkent to hold next round of consultations on issues, representing mutual interest.
The sides considered wide-scale issues of the Uzbek-Indian cooperation. It was said that Ministries of Foreign Affairs of two states are ready to provide necessary assistance to expand mutual beneficial contacts between business circles, scientific and educational establishments, as well as representatives of culture and art.
The sides also considered priority direction of interaction between Ministries of Foreign Affairs in bilateral and multilateral formats.
The officials exchanged opinion on some international and regional issues, including development of situation in Afghanistan.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Republic of Uzbekistan Anumula Gitesh Sarma participated at the meeting.
