Abdulaziz Kamilov holds meeting with Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah

During the negotiations, the sides considered wide-range of issues of the Uzbek-Omani relations, international and regional problems, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

It was underlined that signed memorandum of understanding on entering force of the agreement on creation of transport corridor Uzbekistan – Turkmenistan – Iran – Oman and its launch will help to dynamic development of relations, first of all, in trade-economic and investment spheres.

The sides affirmed their mutual interest in continuation of regular political consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs. The sides agreed schedule of next sessions of intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation, Uzbek-Omani Business Council, as well as expand contacts in cultural-humanitarian spheres.
