A-WEB mission holds talks at Ministry of Development of IT and Communications
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A mission of observers of the of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) led by its Secretary-General and National Election Commission of South Korea Kim Yong-Hi visited the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the guests familiarized with current state and perspective development of electronic government and ICT in Uzbekistan. The guests also received information on formation of database of legal entities and individuals.
They were also briefed about introduction of ICT in formation of civil society in Uzbekistan and assessment of legislative acts, etc.
