Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President “On measures for improvement the efficiency of the implementation of legislative acts based on modern legal monitoring mechanisms” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, the system of legal monitoring performance of the implementation of legislative acts has been introduced.

The main objectives of monitoring are the introduction of a unified practice for the implementation of regulatory legal acts, ensuring their compliance with laws and international obligations of Uzbekistan, the creation of a unified system of concepts and terms in regulatory legal acts.

According to the document, monitoring is carried out in accordance with the monitoring plan approved by the Government.

Monitoring is carried out by government bodies in accordance with regulatory legal acts, which are subject to regulation within their competence.

The Ministry of Justice defined as a special authorized body for coordinating the activities of government in the field of legal monitoring.

In accordance with this, the Ministry has been granted the right to participate in legal monitoring conducted by government bodies, as well as to submit submissions on elimination of violations during legal monitoring.

The resolution also approved the Regulation on the procedure for implementing legal monitoring of the implementation of regulatory legal acts.

The processes associated with the implementation of legal monitoring are carried out on a special electronic platform created in the Unified Electronic System for the development and approval of draft regulatory and legislative acts.
