Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A Government Resolution "On additional measures to reduce losses of agricultural and food products" was adopted.

According to the Resolution, a portal of the electronic agro-industrial market will be created in the state institution "Center for Digitalization of Agroindustry" under the Ministry of Agriculture.

On this electronic portal:

- the level of provision of the domestic market with the main types of food products is constantly assessed;

- online cooperation and e-commerce will be established between business entities.

The electronic portal will operate in "test mode" from 1 October to 1 December 2021 and will be fully launched from 1 January 2022.

According to the Resolution, a mechanism is introduced for entrepreneurs to pay the cost of land plots and buildings and structures that are state property, allocated through the electronic trading platform "E-AUKSION", as an exception, in equal shares within one year from the date of the auction.
