A plant for production of building materials to be built in Namangan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Pap district of Namangan region plans to launch the production of seropolymers, widely used in the construction industry.

The project is being worked out by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia within the framework of the implementation of instructions from the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, given during his visit from 28 February to 1 March in Namangan region, together with Gubkin Engineering and Technology Center. The partner from the Uzbek side is Pop Design Qurilish LLC.

The volume of direct investment in the construction and commissioning of the factory will amount to more than US$2 million. 150 new jobs will be created here. It is planned that the company will be commissioned in 2020.

In order to discuss the implementation of a joint project, representatives of Uzbekistan visited the city of Orenburg at the beginning of this year, where Gubkin Engineering and Technology Center is located.

To date, a joint venture has already been registered with the opening of bank accounts, contracts have been concluded for the supply of necessary equipment from Russia.
