A New Batch of 40 Modern Electric Buses Arrives in Andijan for City Routes

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The modernization of Andijan’s public transport system continues as part of efforts to provide convenient and environmentally friendly services for residents.

As part of this initiative, the city is receiving modern CAMBELL electric buses manufactured in the People’s Republic of China, which are being gradually introduced on urban routes.

Today, the regional hokim, Shukhratbek Abdurakhmonov, visited the newly constructed Electric Bus Depot No. 2, where he reviewed its operations and inspected the latest batch of 40 modern electric buses.

The new buses have already started operating on city routes and serving passengers.

The introduction of these modern electric buses will improve the quality of transport services, reduce air pollution, and ensure comfortable travel for the residents of Andijan.
