Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A video has been circulated on the Internet showing a young man walking naked down the street.

On 10 August h at about 16.30 o’clock on Mukumiy street in Chilanzar region, 22-year-old native of Jizzakh region Islom Kh. was walking around without clothes. An employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs serving nearby, seeing the young man, reported this to the territorial divisions. A car crew of a patrol station and a preventive maintenance inspector arrived at the scene and took Islom to the police department No. 3 of the police department of the police department of the Chilanzar region.

During the conversation, Islom said that while earlier in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he had a quarrel with the girl. And then, without giving an account of his actions, he undressed and walked along the street.

On this fact, a protocol on administrative responsibility was drawn up against him in accordance with article 183 (“Petty hooliganism”) of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility and sent to the court.
