A mobile application for drivers to be developed in Uzbekistan

The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution "On measures to further improve the system of ensuring road safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan".

According to the document, the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other bodies will develop a mobile application.

The mobile application will allow drivers to get information about accidents on the roads, traffic jams on certain sections of the road.

Users of the application will also be able to post information about detected violations of traffic rules and road damage. Drivers will also be able to pay fines for violations of traffic rules.
