Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 July 2021, a kick-off meeting was held with consultants from RLG International Inc. (Canada) within the framework of the concluded agreement to improve the operational efficiency of drilling and workover processes of Uzbekneftegaz.

The agreement envisages the visit of foreign specialists to production facilities and work on diagnostics and assessment of the current state of the drilling and workover processes.

The project stipulates work at such production sites as Shurtan oil and gas production department, Mubarek oil and gas production department, Gazli oil and gas production department and Ustyurt gas production department, as well as directly at the fields. The efficiency of drilling of wells by Uzneftegaz Burgilash Ishlari LLC and interaction with the Drilling Coordination Department will be assessed. Also, the effectiveness of work on well workover of Uzneftgazkuduktamirlash JSC, and interaction with the Field Development Department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC will be assessed.

As a result of the working session, practical actions in the main areas of the project were agreed and measures were identified to ensure the implementation of the project on time.
