Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 27 January 2020, a delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as part of its stay in Germany, took part in the annual meeting of the German Federal Association of Medium Enterprises, in which Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov was invited as an honored guest.

Representatives of the Federal and Land Governments of Germany, as well as the leaders of more than 1000 German small and medium enterprises, took part in the next annual meeting of the Association.

Within the framework of the event, the head of the Uzbek delegation met with the Federal Minister of Economics and Energy of Germany Peter Altmeyer, the Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder, the Deputy Chairman of the German Bundestag Hans-Peter Friedrich and the President of the BVMW Mario Ohoven, during which they exchanged views on the current state and priority directions of development of bilateral cooperation and pressing issues of the international agenda.
