A delegation of Uzbekistan held meetings with the leadership of leading ministries of China

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 April, a delegation of Uzbekistan held a series of meetings with the leadership of leading ministries of China, including the Ministry of Commerce, the State Committee for Development and Reforms, Eximbank, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and Silk Road Foundation.

During the meeting with the President of the Silk Road Foundation, Wang Yanji, progress made at this stage in the implementation of joint projects was discussed, including the construction project of Samarkand City facilities, as well as priority areas for further actions and issues requiring urgent solutions.

In the process of negotiations with the President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Jin Liquin, there was a positive trend in work in various areas. Separately, aspects of the implementation of projects for the modernization of the infrastructure of Bukhara region were discussed, bearing in mind the effective and coordinated interaction of the parties and real actions aimed at a result.

The parties agreed to develop the success of mutual cooperation in a given pace and direction.
