Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Tashkent hosted the 8th International Conference "Oil Refining and Petrochemistry of Central Asia 2021", jointly organized by Uzbekneftegaz and the British company Globuc.
In total, it was attended by specialists from companies from 23 countries on promising projects in the gas chemical and petrochemical fields and their implementation.
It should be noted that Globuc, which cooperated with Uzbekneftegaz in organizing this conference, takes a leading place in holding consulting and international conferences on the oil and gas and energy industries for the CIS countries, Europe and Asia.
The conference participants made presentations on 24 main topics related to petrochemicals and the processing of these products, and held discussions.
Also, within the framework of the conference, a number of round tables and meetings were organized with the participation of industry experts.
At the beginning of the event, a report was made by the head of the gas processing and gas chemistry department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC Alisher Bakhadirov on promising projects in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
The participants were provided with detailed information about the current projects in the industry and the production capacities of enterprises, as well as the planned development measures until 2030.
At the event, experts discussed favorable conditions for business, attractive offers for international investors, existing problems in the field, trends, including market adaptation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The specialists of the field offered appropriate recommendations on the experience and skills they have acquired.
Within the framework of the conference, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with innovations in the introduced new technologies, scientific developments and promising projects, as well as increase their knowledge in the field of decarbonization in the energy sector and transformation of the industry to establish the production of green energy resources.
As a result of the sessions, all participants received answers to their questions on the reports and exchanged views on proposals.
The conference was interesting and full of innovations for all participants, in particular, for specialists of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
