Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Tax Committee has developed and posted for discussion a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to improve the mechanisms for collecting, processing and storing information about legal entities and business entities without forming a legal entity”.
The document was developed with the aim of creating a single centralized source of information about legal entities and business entities without forming a legal entity, as well as providing inter-agency electronic interaction in the provision of public services.
The draft resolution on the created Centralized Database of Information on legal entities and business entities without the formation of a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Centralized Base) provides that:
the official authority for maintaining the Centralized Base is the State Tax Committee;
a centralized base will be created and operate on the basis of the Unified Integration Information and Resource Base of the tax authorities;
financing for the creation, implementation and further use of the Centralized Base will be funded by the Special Fund for the Development of Tax Authorities.
The draft resolution approves:
regulation on maintaining a centralized base;
list of information sources and classifiers used to form the database.
A centralized database should be developed and launched before 1 January 2021. Prior to this, an inventory of existing information resources by business entities will be carried out within three months.
