Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A bus with 26 Uzbeks rolled over on the Kyzylorda - Pavlodar highway. There are no victims and injured.

According to the regional department for emergency situations, the accident occurred at 00.15 in the Ekibastuz rural zone, at the 1160th kilometer of the Kyzylorda-Pavlodar highway.

Reportedly, the driver of the Mercedes passenger bus lost control and overturned the bus moving along Novosibirsk - Tashkent route.

“There were 28 people in the cabin, of which 26 were citizens of Uzbekistan and two drivers were citizens of Kazakhstan. The accident center specialists, police officers and representatives of local executive bodies left for the accident scene. After examining the doctors, all the passengers left by passing transport, the drivers remained at the scene of the accident,” the regional emergency department said.

“The center for disaster medicine, the local police service, and local executive bodies left for the accident scene. On-site passengers were examined by physicians at the Center for Disaster Medicine. They did not need hospitalization. There are no victims,” added the regional emergency department.

According to the press service of the regional police department, the bus was moving from Novosibirsk to Shymkent.
