Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 June 2021, on the initiative of the khokim of Ferghana region, a cargo flight of Uzbekistan Airways departed from the v international airport in the direction of Ferghana-Incheon (South Korea).

This flight exported 52 thousand 236 kg of cherries to the Republic of South Korea in the amount of US$246,000.

The registration of the necessary documents for the export of cherries grown in the Ferghana Valley was carried out promptly according to a simplified scheme.

It should be noted that all conditions for organizing cargo flights have been created at the Ferghana international airport. There are special storage rooms and special vehicles for storing and loading / unloading perishable products, which makes it possible to export high-quality agricultural products of domestic production.
