50% of the proceeds from the stamp duty will be spent on improving the performance of notaries and notarial archives

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice passed the state registration of changes and additions to the Regulation on the financing of the activities of public notaries and departmental notarial archives.

According to the additions made, now 50 percent of the funds received from the stamp duty will also be spent on holding seminars, conferences and other events aimed at improving the activities of notary offices and notarial archives.

Personal allowances for employees are established if they have at least 3 months work experience in notary offices or departmental notarial archives.
