Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- 33 patients with coronavirus infection have fully recovered in the Khorezm regional infectious diseases hospital.
With the participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were carried out for rehabilitation.
Of the recovered 30 people arrived on a charter flight from Russia on 22 March and were quarantined. After confirmation of the coronavirus infection, they were hospitalized in the regional infectious diseases hospital. Three became infected as a result of contact with patients with coronavirus infection.
Among them, 29 are men and 4 are women. Of these, 5 people come from Khorezm, Namangan and Ferghana regions, 4 from Bukhara and Andijan regions, 3 from Jizzakh and Kashkadarya regions, 1 from Navoi, Tashkent, Samarkand regions and the city of Tashkent. Among them, the oldest is 61 years old, the youngest is 20 years old.
To date, 61 patients have been cured in the Khorezm region, and now their number has reached 94.
Currently, 859 patients have been cured of coronavirus infection nationwide.
