Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 2 July 2020, 59-year-old G.B., in critical condition, was placed in the intensive care unit of the city clinical hospital No. 4 named after I. Irgashev in Tashkent and was connected to an artificial lung ventilation apparatus.
He was diagnosed with coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, post-infarction cardiosclerosis and bilateral pneumonia.
On the same day, the patient was diagnosed with coronavirus infection.
The patient (male) has been treated for the past 7 years with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus and chronic renal failure. He underwent regular hemodialysis treatment.
On 2 July 2020, the patient died of acute cardiovascular and pulmonary failure, despite surgical resuscitation procedures prescribed by doctors on a standard basis.
