Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - According to the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the People’s Republic of China, today, on 4 February, at 17:20, an airplane arrived in Islam Karimov International Airport with passengers and medical workers from Beijing.

In accordance with the decision of the Special Republican Commission, all citizens of the republic returning from the PRC will be placed in specialized medical institutions in Tashkent and Tashkent region. In them, they will be quarantined under the supervision of medical personnel and provided with necessary medicines, medical supplies and food free of charge.

Uzbeks who returned from Wuhan and other regions of China will be quarantined for 14 days, which is the incubation period for the development of the disease.

Thus, on 4 February, the organization of a charter flight to Wuhan is also expected, according to the information of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
