Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Another 24 patients are fully cured in the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy.

With the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health, they were transferred to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation.

Among the recovered, 20 people are from the capital, 1 each from Surkhandarya, Ferghana, Syrdarya and Tashkent regions. Five of them arrived in the direction of Istanbul-Tashkent, and four - Moscow-Tashkent on charter flights. Upon arrival, they were quarantined.

After the detection of coronavirus, they were hospitalized. The remaining 15 were infected as a result of contact with patients. Among the patients, 11 men and 13 women. Among them, the oldest is 65 years old, and the youngest are 11-month-old and one-year-old babies.

So far, 63 patients have been treated in this clinic, and now their number is 87.

Currently, 958 people have been cured of coronavirus infection nationwide.
