Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Samarkand region, another 21 patients recovered from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation.

Among the survivors, 20 were from Samarkand region (5 from the city of Samarkand, 4 from Taylak district, 3 from Akdarya district, 2 each from Payaryk, Samarkand, Pastdargom and Ishtihan districts), and 1 was from Kashkadarya region. All of them became infected as a result of contact with patients. Among them, 10 are men and 11 - women, the oldest - 68 years old, and the youngest - 8 years old.

Before that, 154 patients were cured in the region, now there are 175 of them.

To date, 2,275 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection throughout the country.
