Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Khorezm region, another 18 patients recovered from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation.

Of these, 5 are citizens from Khorezm region, 2 from Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Ferghana, Jizzakh regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 1 from Tashkent city, Samarkand and Tashkent regions. 13 citizens arrived from Russia, 2 of them are long-distance drivers, 11 - were brought to our country by charter flights. All were quarantined and hospitalized after infection was detected. 5 citizens became infected as a result of contact with patients. The oldest of them is 54 years old, and the youngest is 19 years old.

Prior to this, 210 patients were cured in Khorezm, now their number has reached 228.

Thus, today 55 patients were cured, and 2213 people were completely cured of coronavirus infection throughout the country.
