15-Year-Old Detained in Khazarasp for Driving Without a License

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Another serious traffic violation was reported in the Khazarasp district, where a 15-year-old teenager was caught driving a car without a valid license, showing blatant disregard for the safety of other road users.

The vehicle was impounded, and the minor’s parents faced administrative measures, including fines.

The authorities emphasized that allowing a child to drive a car poses a direct threat not only to the teenager’s life and health but also to that of others on the road.

Traffic safety officers reminded parents that car keys are not toys, and adult negligence can have tragic consequences, for which they will bear legal responsibility.

The ministry stressed that compliance with traffic rules is the responsibility of everyone, and road safety begins with family accountability.
