Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– In Samarkand region, 15 people recovered from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation.

All recovered from Samarkand region (6 - from the city of Samarkand, 4 - Taylak district, 3 - Akdarya district and 1 each - Payaryk and Ishtihan districts) and became infected as a result of contact with patients. Among them, 6 are men and 9 women, the oldest - 52 years old and the youngest - 11 years old.

Before that, 129 patients were cured in the region, and now their number has increased to 144 people.

Currently, only 2,156 people have recovered from coronavirus infection in the country.
