Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - 15 billion soums will be allocated to the Ministry of Construction for the development and revision of national regulatory documents in 2020 (under the corresponding program for 2020–2023).

The funds will be issued due to resources of the Reserve Fund of the Cabinet of Ministers. This was reported by the press service of Tashkent’s khokimiyat.

Also, an experiment is starting in the capital, within which private business entities will be involved in the implementation of the functions of the customer.

To do this, they will choose 10 construction sites in Tashkent, the design and construction of which is planned for 2021–2022, and enter into engineering services contracts (including technical supervision and project management) with private owners based on the selection of the best offers.

The list of construction projects and private business entities participating in the experiment will be approved by the government. The experiment will last until the completion of construction and installation works and commissioning of selected facilities.
