124 New Medical Clinics Opened in Uzbekistan in November

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In November 2025, Uzbekistan saw the opening of 124 new medical clinics, the Center for Licensing and Accreditation of Medical Organizations reported.

In total, the Center reviewed 396 applications, including requests for starting operations, extensions, amendments, and closures. The process was conducted strictly in accordance with regulatory requirements and through transparent electronic systems.

The highest number of new clinics were opened in the capital and key regions: Tashkent – 28, Andijan Region – 19, Kashkadarya Region – 16, Fergana Region – 12.

Seven clinics were opened in each of Tashkent Region, Namangan Region, and Khorezm Region; six in Samarkand Region; five in Navoi Region; four in Bukhara and Syrdarya Regions; and three in Jizzakh Region, Surkhandarya Region, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Currently, approximately 9,000 private medical institutions operate in Uzbekistan, reflecting the dynamic development of the country’s private healthcare sector.
