Ernst and Young Project on enhancing operational efficiency goes to a new stage
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 2 July 2020, the next meeting of the working group of the project “Improving the operational efficiency and reliability of production processes of Uzbekneftegas JSC in the format of video-conference communication was held.
The main objective of the project is to improve production indicators and eliminate losses in the process of hydrocarbon production and processing.
The meeting of the working group, organized with the participation of consultants from Ernst and Young Advisory (Great Britain), was dedicated to the implementation of the pilot program at the Shurtan NGDU and consideration of the register of initiatives at the enterprises of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
Within the framework of this meeting, further actions were identified for categorizing technological equipment taking into account the degree of criticality, switching to a two-year repair cycle, reducing the average MTR balance, introducing a methodology for finding and eliminating the root causes of discrepancies, building a reliability management system and preventing repeated failures with dynamic equipment and equipment Instrumentation.
Based on the results of constructive discussions, it was decided to mobilize a working group and launch a pilot program at the “Shurtan NGDU”.
