Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Kundalik educational platform will be introduced in a specialized boarding school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A meeting was held at the school with a Kundalik methodologist for learning how to work in the system.
Sherali Turaev, director of the boarding school, noted that the digitization of the educational process is necessary to optimize the educational process.
“In the near future, the school will work in a new format: the new building, which has already been completed, will meet modern technical requirements. Computers will be installed in each classroom so that teachers can work with electronic journals. Monitors will appear in the hallways and in the foyer for broadcasting lessons and important information. Of course, there will be access to the Internet. The grand opening of the new school building is scheduled for the beginning of the upcoming academic year. In connection with the restructuring, we need an automatic information platform such as Kundalik, with which we are ready to learn. An administrator has already been appointed to implement the platform, but I, as a director, do not want to stand aside and will also have administrator rights to be involved in the whole process. This will allow us to master the system more quickly and prepare for a new academic year on a large scale,” Sherali Turaev said.
Gulnara Ismailova, a Kundalik methodologist, noted that the process of learning to work in the system occurs in stages, with discussion and elaboration of all the details. In addition to conducting training workshops, a video instruction is provided with a detailed description of all the capabilities of the platform. And there is a support service for prompt response to arising difficulties.
“Our work is structured in such a way that the learning and use of the platform is as comfortable as possible for the teaching staff. Despite the fact that the system is still an innovation for Uzbekistan, 55 schools in Tashkent are already successfully operating with Kundalik. In the near future, schools in the regions of Uzbekistan will also be connected to this system. Today, negotiations are underway regarding the implementation of the Kundalik platform in schools in the city of Buka. Such digitalization will certainly have a positive impact on the development of the country's public education,” Gulnara Ismailova noted.
The Kundalik educational platform allows online scheduling of lessons, making lesson plans for teachers, and keeping records of attendance and student performance in electronic journals and diaries. In addition, the system provides educational institutions and education authorities with tools for generating statistical reports. Pupils and parents have 24-hour access to grades and homework, a protected social network for communication.
