Goethe-Institut conducts training of cultural managers "Cultural Academy in Central Asia"
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Goethe-Institut in Tashkent conducts a training of cultural managers "Cultural Academy in Central Asia". The training aims to increase the number of skilled cultural workers in Central Asia.
The project aims to promote the professionalization of managers working in or independently of state institutions, creating new networks at the local and international levels, cultural exchange and exchange of experience, as well as promoting the introduction of diversity into the cultural scene of Central Asia.
As part of its Cultural Academy in Central Asia program, the Goethe-Institut offers training in cultural management to 10 employees of state and non-state cultural institutions from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The course consists of two parts. The first part of the course, which consists of a two-week intensive training in Tashkent, includes the following topics: project management, cultural tourism, introduction to cultural policy, financing culture.
