This is due to maneuverability, mobility, the delivery of goods (passengers) "from door to door" without additional overloads or transplants along the way, as well as the autonomy of the vehicle’s movement. Transportation services by pipeline account for 18.6% of total transport services. Services rendered by railway transport in the total volume of transport services are 16.5%. The share of services in the transportation of cargo and passengers by air has reached 10.0% of the total volume of transport services. Over time, the role of road transport will increase, because they are faster and more reliable, and also involve a lower risk of loss or damage to goods. Along with this, for a number of perishable products and urgent goods, trucking is the only real way of transportation. Because of this, road transport is the preferred means of transportation of agricultural products, textiles and other noncommodity goods exported from Uzbekistan.
