Free Wi-Fi to be launched at six bus routes in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Toshshahartranshizmat (Tashkent city transport service) launched a free Wi-Fi-access to the Internet based on the 4G technology in six bus routes in Tashkent.
The project Wi-Fi Bus was realized in cooperation with national mobile operator UZMOBILE.
The passengers of the public transport can enjoy free high-speed 4G internet from UZMOBILE during their travel.
During the week, the Wi-Fi services will be available at six bus routes No. 10, 14, 24, 28, 51 and 95 in the Uzbek capital, the company said.
Toshshahartranshizmat said that it is planning to increase number of buses, which will be equipped with Wi-Fi equipment. It added that the company will continue to introduce ICT to improve quality of provided services to population.
