Uzbekistan, Russia hold political consultations
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 13 April 2021, another round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation took place in Tashkent.
The delegations of the parties were headed by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Farhod Arziev and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrei Rudenko.
The parties discussed in detail the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in political, trade and economic, investment, scientific, educational, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres, as well as interaction within the framework of multilateral organizations and issues of regional security.
The progress in the implementation of the previously reached agreements and the schedule of upcoming joint events at various levels were considered.
Other issues of the Uzbek-Russian agenda were also discussed at the meeting.
