Social facilities of Uzbekistan to be equipped with water treatment systems

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A number of social facilities in the regions of Uzbekistan, including schools, will be equipped with modern water treatment systems within the framework of cooperation between Shvabe Holding (Rostec Corporation) and UzEkolos.
The agreement of the parties was signed on 6v 2021 as part of the INNOPROM exhibition held in Tashkent.
Within the framework of the joint project, the Shvabe Holding and the company-integrator of water supply and sewerage projects in the Republic of Uzbekistan, UzEkolos, will implement infrastructure projects in the country.
“With this agreement, we confirm our interest in joining efforts in order to develop mutually beneficial partnership on a long-term basis. The target areas of our cooperation are the implementation of large infrastructure projects on the territory of Uzbekistan, aimed at improving the living standards of all groups of the population,” said Sergei Dmitrochenko, Deputy Director General of Shvabe.
“Our company already has a successful experience of interaction with the Shvabe Holding, when by joint efforts a water treatment project was launched in the city of Bukhara. This pilot project was the starting point, laying the foundation for further cooperation. Now both sides are planning to carry out joint work to equip a number of regional facilities, including schools, with water treatment systems,” said Artem Tonyan, a representative of the UzEkolos company.
The target areas of cooperation are social facilities, housing and the urban environment, ecology and medicine, complex solutions for infrastructure facilities.
