Asaka Bank pays dividends on corporate bonds

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Asaka Bank announced about payment of income on corporate bonds of the first issues, registered by the Center for securities market N. PO842 from 22 January 2010.
The bank said the coupon, paid per bond, makes up 19,178.09 soums. The bank said it will coupons on 10,300 bonds.
Asaka Bank said it will pay coupons in cash, the bank underlined.
As earlier reported, Asaka Bank placed corporate bonds for 20 billion soums.
Asaka Bank was founded in November 1995. The charter capital of the bank makes up 300 billion soums.
The main shareholders are Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan (66.6% share in charter capital), Uzavtosanoat – 16.7% and Fund for Reconstruction and Development – 16.7%.
