Electronic observation posts to be created in 38 makhallas.
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A Government Resolution "On additional measures to protect public order in makhallas" was adopted.
According to the Resolution, from 1 October 2021 to 1 October 2022, an experiment will be carried out to organize "Electronic observation points" on the basis of the "Public control points" (places) built in makhallas.
As part of the experiment:
- “Electronic observation posts” will be placed around the premises and their buildings provided to entrepreneurs at a distance of up to 6 square meters, the rest will be provided to businesses on terms of “zero” rent for a period of 5 years;
- entrepreneurs who will be provided with premises on the basis of a lease agreement will be determined through an electronic tender on the "E-Auction" platform;
- at the end of the lease term, the premises of the points will be transferred to the makhalla on the basis of ownership.
Accordingly, the premises of 38 makhallas in the regions will be leased to entrepreneurs for the organization of "Electronic Observation Points".
