The procedure for training some women is being introduced at the expense of khokimiyats and universities
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A presidential resolution “On measures to further improve the system of support and ensure the active participation of women in society” was adopted.
According to the resolution, during 2021, in each region, on an experimental basis, the activities of clusters specializing in types of crafts, which are mainly engaged in by women, are being introduced.
In order to effectively maintain the "women’s notebook" and "youth notebook", to provide systematic assistance on employment to unemployed citizens for labor inspectors, "public assistants" will be involved in each makhalla.
With the "public assistants" will be concluded social contracts for up to 11 months with the establishment of wages in one and a half times the minimum wage.
According to the resolution, the vacant parts of the relevant professional educational institutions on preferential terms will be leased to entrepreneurs for a period of up to 30 years.
According to this, a procedure is being introduced to pay rent payments for empty buildings leased to women, within 3 months after they undergo state registration as business entities, up to 10 times the size of BRV (2 million 450 thousand soums), as well as leasing empty buildings for up to 1 year on preferential terms.
Since the 2021/2022 academic year, a procedure has been introduced to educate needy girls who have lost both parents or one of them, and single women who do not have a breadwinner, who are admitted to study at state higher education institutions on the basis of a basic paid contract at the expense of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city.
