Real estate lease can be drawn up online
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In matters of digitalization, special attention is paid to the widespread introduction of the principles of e-government work in the work of state bodies and organizations. Their implementation will not only significantly save time, labor and financial resources, but most importantly, will create additional conveniences for citizens, allow them to receive various services on time and without high costs.
It should be noted that over the past two years, large-scale work has been carried out in terms of creating an integral system for the provision of modern electronic public services, the introduction of new mechanisms of cooperation between the state, entrepreneurs and the population.
In order to develop contactless forms of communication between the state and entrepreneurs, a single portal of interactive state services was developed. At present, 217 types of public services are provided to the population in the EPIGU system, and by the end of the year their number is planned to be increased to 230.
Among the relevant services recently integrated into the EPIGU system is the registration of a real estate lease with the tax authorities. This service will undoubtedly be in great demand among the population, since many of us are faced with this issue in different life situations, for example, when changing jobs, applying for studies, moving to a new place, etc.
Thanks to the new service at EPIGU, individuals can register their real estate lease agreement with the tax authorities. The service is fully automated and the real estate lease is registered with the tax authorities instantly. The contract itself is concluded automatically. In addition, when the current contract expires, it will be possible to cancel the contract and renegotiate it.
The main goal of the implementation of all digital reforms in the socio-economic life of the country is to provide citizens with high-quality and convenient services at any time and place convenient for them. And in this regard, the development of the e-government system is one of the priority areas of digital reforms.
