The increase in the volume of mortgage loans was mainly observed in the city of Tashkent (by 1.37 trillion soums more compared to the same period of last year), as well as in Samarkand (by 128.6 billion soums), Surkhandarya (by 92.8 billion soums). soums), Navoi (by 36.9 billion soums) and Jizzakh regions (by 33.6 billion soums).
About 4.47 trillion soums (69.4%) of the total volume of mortgage loans were directed to the purchase of residential buildings built by the Qishloq Qurilish Invest IC and the Ozshakar Qurilish Invest IC, 1.82 trillion soums (28.3% ) - housing in the primary market (including 793.9 billion soums under the new order) and 145.0 billion soums (2.3%) allocated for the purchase of housing in the secondary market.
