Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to the current situation with the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection throughout the world, in particular in Uzbekistan, there is a need for medical equipment and medical devices.
In this difficult situation, our compatriots living in Japan did not remain indifferent to the situation in their homeland. In order to contribute to the efforts of the Government and medical institutions of the republic to effectively counteract the new type of coronavirus "COVID-19", they provided humanitarian assistance in the form of 13 units of multi-functional beds of the Japanese company "Paramount Beds", as well as medical masks, gloves and headgear.
The humanitarian aid transferred to medical institutions of Uzbekistan was sent to Tashkent with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan on a charter flight on 3 April.
The beds of the Japanese manufacturer Paramount Beds are considered the most advanced in the field of medicine and are completely different from ordinary ones. This is the most necessary equipment for the treatment of comatose and critically ill patients, allowing medical personnel to control the location of each limb of the patient using a separate remote control.
