Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 12 November, Olimjon Alijonovich Tuychiev was appointed as Deputy Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Before being appointed to this position, Tuychiev worked as the head of the Department of the Ministry of Innovative Development and the director of a specialized state general education boarding school named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
Olimjon Alijonovich Tuychiev, born in 1991, received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (2015) and a master’s degree in mechatronics from TPUT (2017). Tuichiev also studied at the University of Hohenheim in Germany in 2016-2017.
Olimjon Tuychiev is the creator of the first robot with remote voice control that understands the Uzbek language.
In 2013, O. Tuychiev was awarded the Shukhrat medal for achievements in science and for the popularization of technical sciences among young people, in particular, robotics, creating the first robot with remote control of the voice, performing various tasks and understanding the Uzbek language.
In 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the congress of the ODM "Kamolot" appointed Olimjon Tuychiev to the post of deputy director of the Agency for Science and Technology.
