Acting Rector of Amity University in Tashkent appointed
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Aziz Mukhitdinov was appointed to the post of Acting Rector of Amity University in Tashkent.
Prior to this appointment, Aziz Mukhitdinov worked as First Deputy Director for ICT Development and Implementation at the UNICON.UZ Center.
He worked in various positions in the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan, JSC "Uzbektelecom", and also held the position of Acting Director of the UZINFOCOM Center.
Amiti University was established in Tashkent in cooperation with the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Amiti University in India.
Amity University in Tashkent will start its work from September 2019. The university will train specialists in the field of information and communication technologies, including software developers and specialists in artificial intelligence, marketing in IT and others.
