Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 20 April, a delegation of Turkish servicemen arrived in Tashkent to participate in joint exercises. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan.

The Turkish delegation was met at the Islam Karimov International Airport. Directly from the airport, the guests went to the Forish training ground (Jizzakh region), where during the week they will hold several joint combat training activities.

It should be noted that on 22-27 April, special tactical exercises will be held at the Forish range with the participation of the armed forces of Pakistan and Turkey.

The exercises will be held according to the plans of military cooperation of Uzbekistan with Pakistan and Turkey for 2019.

According to the plan, all the stages of practical training and experience exchange will be held on the mountainous area of Forish range.

Also, on 20 April, a delegation of Pakistan arrived in Tashkent, the service of which will also take part in the trainings.
