A conference on innovative technologies of agriculture and crop production takes place
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 21 February, the International Scientific Conference “Presentation of Innovative Farming and Plant Growing Technologies. Maintaining vitality and soil energy in natural ways” was held in Tashkent.
The event was organized by the Ifoda Agro-Kimyo with the support of the Uztekstilprom Association. At the forum, which brought together representatives of two areas, international experts and specialists from innovative enterprises from Canada, Lithuania and Uzbekistan made presentations and presentations.
The introduction of the cluster method in agriculture has formed a multi-step system, in which an integrated approach is applied to all the processes of growing agricultural products, ranging from plowing fields to harvesting, from harvesting raw materials to producing finished products. This method is especially effective in further strengthening the cooperation of textile industry enterprises with dekhkan and farms.
At the initiative of the head of our state, Uzbekistan provides broad support to enterprises of the textile and garment and knitwear industry, operating on the basis of the cluster method. With the implementation of these projects, cotton fiber will be completely processed on its own: from growing cotton to producing finished products from it.
The speakers were Joel Williams, an independent lecturer advising on agroecology and the system of regenerative agriculture, Dr. Vytautas Lyakas, lecturer in the Faculty of Agronomy of the Agricultural Academy of the University, Vytautas the Great, Head of the Center for New Technologies in the Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Jurakul Sattarov, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the management of the Uztekstlprom Association.
Speakers noted that widespread use by the textile industry enterprises of the cluster method will contribute to the complete processing of native cotton grown in the region on their own, the export of finished knitwear, and the gaining of a decent place in the world market.
The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, pays special attention the development of agriculture. Uzbekistan adopted a number of regulations on the scope. Wide opportunities are created for farmers and dehkans. Research on development of the industry in accordance with modern requirements and soil and climatic conditions of the country were conducted.
The event participants discussed the issues of expanding the scope of innovative research in agriculture and the prospects for training competitive personnel.
