Uzbekistan and France sign agreement on cooperation in the field of space

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and France signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of space. This was reported by the press service of the French space agency CNES.
Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov and CNES President Jean-Yves Le Gall signed a cooperation agreement during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to France.
Under the agreement, the parties intend to cooperate in the field of space science, satellite communications, earth exploration, space research and technology, etc.
Uzbekistan and France will share experiences and best practices, as well as promote the training of space sciences. The parties intend to jointly involve young people in this area.
The parties plan to create a joint committee that will coordinate the implementation of the agreements.
