IFC places third emission of Samarkand Bonds at London Stock Exchange

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The third issue of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) bonds, nominated in Uzbek soums - Samarkand Bonds, was placed at the London Stock Exchange on 26 June.
The total volume of the issue is 80 billion soums, maturity is 2 years, coupon rate is 9.45% per annum.
The bonds sale agreements were concluded with three European asset management companies. The organization of transactions was undertaken by the brokerage company Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. Information on the terms of this bond is placed on the terminal of the information agency Bloomberg.
The first issue of IFC bonds nominated in Uzbek soums - Samarkand Bonds, was made on 18 May at the London Stock Exchange in the amount of 80 billion soums, with a maturity of 2 years and a coupon rate of 9.5%.
The second issue of the same bonds was also made at the London Stock Exchange on 29 May, with a total issue volume of 80 billion soums, with a maturity of 2 years and a coupon rate of 9.5%.
