Uzbekistan and Orange2Fly discuss prospects for cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of the State Committee for Development of Tourism of Uzbekistan held a meeting with president of private airline Orange2Fly Pantelios Sofianos and executive director Ioannis Papaslanis.
Orange2Fly is a charter airline offering a lease of an aircraft with a crew. The airline was founded in September 2015 by former employees of SkyGreece Airlines.
During the meeting the airline’s management was acquainted with the dynamic development of tourism and hospitality in Uzbekistan and the tourist potential of the country. During the talks, plans for the further development of international aviation communications were discussed.
The President of the airline showed interest in a thorough study of the touristic potential of Uzbekistan, following which the company will decide on entering the market of the country.
To study, he will send a working group to Uzbekistan. Representatives of the committee in this case will provide every support in studying the market and arranging flights from Greece to Uzbekistan.
