Uzbek President approves two transport agreements with Kyrgyzstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11 December 2017, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved international agreements with Kyrgyzstan.
Uzbek leader signed a resolution on approving the protocol on introducing amendments and additions to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the international road traffic from 4 September 1996.
By another resolution, Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on delegation of responsibility for air traffic services.
Both documents were signed on 6 October 2017 in Tashkent during the visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev to Uzbekistan.
The President instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to send a relevant notification to the Kyrgyz side on implementation by the Republic of Uzbekistan of the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of these international treaties.
