Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev held talks on 8 November.
The head of the Kyrgyz foreign ministry arrived in Uzbekistan to attend the ministerial meeting “European Union - Central Asia” and international conference “Central Asia: one past and common future, cooperation for sustainable development and mutual prosperity” in Samarkand.
During the talks, the Ministers of the two countries paid attention to implementation of the agreements, reached at the highest level within the framework of recent meetings of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek and Tashkent and the priority areas for further development of cooperation.
The sides also exchanged views on certain issues of forthcoming international conference in Samarkand city and the regional agenda.
