Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the end of October, the Berlin Center for Eastern European and International Studies hosted a round table entitled “Uzbekistan: the year under the leadership of the new President”.

During the briefing, the German participants were informed about current results of implementation of the Strategy for Action in five priority development areas in 2017-2021. Foreign experts underlined that Germany is closely watching the current processes of renovation and modernization in Uzbekistan. Berlin welcomes and supports new strategic course of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in domestic and foreign policy.
